I was unashamed, but covered. You let me see mySelf. I tried to make mySelf. I became naked and ashamed.

You washed me, clothed me, put ointment on my wounds. But when I see those wounds they stink — in my eyes, somehow, they reek.

You let me but I cannot. Help me Return to Me

I will

I will to return, O Lord — to allow mySelf to be taught — to allow mySelf to learn.

To again be who I am, and be both naked and unashamed.
